Honda Fit Continues to Receive Awards

The 2012 Honda Fit has been known as an award-winning vehicle since it flew off production lines, and now the Fit has another honor to add to its list. The Fit was recently added to Consumer Reports "Best New Car Value" list and was selected as the best car in its category and the best value overall.

Other awards the Honda Fit has garnered include: J.D. Power and Associate's "Highest Ranked Sub-Compact Car in Initial Quality," a six-year run on Car and Driver's "Ten Best List," a five-year run as the Union of Concerned Scientists' pick for being produced by the Greenest Automaker, the ALG 2011 Residual Value award, and Kelley Blue Book's 2012 Best Resale Award.

This new Honda was chosen from a pool of more than 200 new vehicles in over eleven diverse categories. Value was accessed according to reliability ratings, road test scores, and five years of documented ownership costs. Considering all of the awards the Honda Fit has received up-to this point, it's not surprising that it was chosen by Consumer Reports, as well.

Honda plans to market the new Fit as having "Conquer the World Capability"1, and with so many awards under its belt, it's easy to understand why! Interested in the new Honda Fit?
