2012 Honda Fit Takes Subcompact Shootout

We aren't very surprised that the 2012 Honda Fit is Cars.com's most recent $16,000 Subcompact Shootout winner. After all, the 2012 Fit has already won several awards since its premier. It's been recognized as a six-time winner of Car and Driver's "10BestCars" award, a TOP SAFETY PICK by the IIHS, and has received the 2012 Residential Value Award from ALG, to name a few. So, when the Fit crushed six other compacts in the Shootout, we didn't bat an eye.

Honda Odyssey Earns "Ultimate Minivan" Designation

In their first-ever Ultimate Minivan Shootout, Cars.com, an online resource for new and used car buyers, recently assessed six redesigned 2011 minivans priced at under $45,000. Together with USA Today, Motorweek, and an Atlanta-area family of five, Cars.com put all of the contending minivans head to head in a series of rigorous challenges. The evaluation lasted a total of three days.
