"Stress-free transaction."

University Honda Davis dealership is the best dealership we ever worked with!  In the past, we purchased Toyota and Nissan from Roseville and Sacramento dealerships and walked away somewhat unsettled or just okay with the transaction; not excited with our purchase.  However, at University Honda Davis we were treated with respect with no "rush to purchase" pressure.  Rather, the salesman was open to our many questions.  We were also impressed and thankful when the dealership sales man reviewed the entire CR-V manual while demonstrating the functions of the car.  We were very impressed that the sales man invested so much time with us.  We felt that the exchange between business and customer worked at its best expecially that we wanted to purchase an automobile within our own community - Davis CA.  It was a stress-free transaction.  In future, we will more than likely purchase another car from University Honda.

I had a very positive purchase experience with Elena Mora (salesperson), Valerie (sales manager) and Nicole Newberry (finance manager).  I never felt pressured or rushed.  Elena and the sales manager were very accomodating, listened to my needs and I felt like they looked out for my interest.  Nicole went over all the paperwork and options which resulted in me purchasing several options plus accessories.  Overall, I chose University Honda because of my previous purchase and comfort level with the dealer.  I have visited other local dealers and did not have positive experiences.  I have recommended University Honda to two other friends who have purchased their vehicle from the dealership based on my reccommendation.
